The aids were distributed to the poor differently-abled persons who represented Rajahmundry city and rural Assembly constituencies.

Speaking on the occasion, Suresh Kumar, General Manager, River Bay, lauded the charity works undertaken by Kesavabhatla Charitable Trust and expressed hope that the trust would continue its social service activities. He called upon people to emulate chairman of the Trust K Srinivasa Rao and extend help to the poor and needy.

Srinivasa Rao also handed over a cheque of Rs 10,000 to the family of senior Andhra Prabha reporter Janaki Sriram, who passed away recently. The assistance was provided for the education of the scribe’s daughter.

Senior reporters Naveen, BVS Bhaskar and Krishna Kumar, trust member Bandla Seshagiri Rao, Annadata Naga Raju, railway TTEs Chandra Mouli, Akula Kalyani, AK Mohiddin and Ravi were present on the occasion.
