The families agreed for 5 lakh during the engagement, 2 lakh at the time of marriage, and 6 lakh post marriage. Burt the groom with his greed used to harass the girl every day by calling her on the mobile to warn that he will draw back from the marriage if conditional are not met. This led the bride to commit suicide.
