YS Jagan even went on to dare Chandrababu Naidu to come for an open public debate on the power tariff calculations. With the Centre giving additional power to AP, Jagan questioned the need behind the hike and also said that charges were not hiked for about six years when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was at the helm.
Opposing the Government’s proposal for tariff hike, YSRCP Chief challenged Chandrababu to resign if his calculations on the power tariff were proved wrong.
