YSRC, Congress blocking investors: Devineni Uma

AP irrigation minister Devineni Umamaheswar Rao today alleged that both YSRCP and Congress were blocking the flow of investments and industries to Andhra Pradesh.

Refuting the charge that there was Rs.500 crore corruption scam in the Pattiseema project, he said it was baseless and meaningless. The AP minister said YSR and Congress were wholly responsible for the delay in Polavaram project."Pattiseema lift irrigation scheme is part of the Polavaram project," he said.

He appealed to the congress and the YSRC to at least now realise the damage they were doing to the state by creating hurdles and bad publicity driving away investors and industrialists and putting a black mark on CM Chandrababu Naidu.
