Questioning the Tamil Nadu Government whether ex-gratia was given to Veerappan’s kin, Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy, Minister of Forests and Environment on Tuesday defended the policemen who took part in the encounter and questioned the journalists on the smugglers presence in the forests.
Assuring assistance in recovering the bodies of smugglers, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu has written a letter to the Tamil Nadu CM Panneerselvan.
