Governor ESL Narasimhan all set to leave Telangana, AP?
Speculations are rife that the Central Government is planning to shift Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan to some other state. According to a report in an English daily, at the recent Iftar party held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, union home minister Rajnath Singh reportedly hinted this to a few leaders.
The Centre may ask the Governor to resign or shift him to other place in August. There were reports that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and other TDP leaders had repeatedly lodged the complaints with the Centre against the Governor for staying mum on the injustice being meted out to the AP Government.
Reports also say that the Centre is not happy with the Governor over handling several long pending issues between the two Telugu states including Section-8 issue.Sources say that Narasimhan will soon visit Delhi to submit a report on the Cash-for-vote scam.
