Some of the key decisions taken at the Cabinet meet include - granting local status to the people shifting from Hyderabad to AP, sanctioning housing loans for government employees in order to shift them by June 2016 to Vijayawada, allotment of Rs 3000 crore for the current irrigation project works in Rayalaseema and setting up Water Resource University in AP.
