Government will set up incumbent centers to impart training for SC/ST students: Ravela Kishore Babu

“The government will set up incumbent centers to impart training in the field of Computers to Scheduled Castes and Tribes students. The government has also decided to set up teacher training centers to improve teaching skills among teachers,” informed Minister for Social Welfare Ravela Kishore Babu at the inaugural event the state-level sports meet of residential schools students at Pedavegi village in West Godavari district on Thursday. Andhra Pradesh Mines Minister Peethala Sujatha has said that the Chief Minister has strived to develop the SC and ST welfare.

Denduluru Legislator Chintamaneni Prabhakar, Mandal President Devarapalli Bakkayya, ZPTC member Marthamma, Sarpanch Mea Rangarao, AP Residential School Principal Sanjiva Rao, Agriculture market committee Chairman Maganti Surendra, Eluru RDO Namboori Tej Bharath, Social Welfare Deputy Director Ranga Lakshmi Devi, SC Corporation Executive Director Jhansi Rani and others participated. Later the students performed the Gymnastics event by building human pyramid. The meet was organised by the Social Welfare Residential Schools. The participated students earlier conducted a march past.
