Rs 400 crore worth documents recovered in the Call Money scam

TDP leader Jwala Chowdary from Prasadampadu, Chitti Nagar TDP Corporator Kanakadurga and her husband, Congress leader Mohan from Singh Nagar, call money financiers Srinivasa Rao and Shakeela from Bhavanipuram and financier Kandula Venkat Rao from Donabanda in Ibrahimpatnam mandal have been arrested by the Police on Tuesday in connection with the call money scam.
Prasadampadu TDP leader Jwala Chowdary, Chitti Nagar TDP Corporator Kanakadurga and her husband, Congress leader Mohan from Singh Nagar, call money financiers Srinivasa Rao and Shakeela from Bhavanipuram and financier Kandula Venkat Rao from Donabanda in Ibrahimpatnam have been arrested by the Police on Tuesday in connection with the call money scam.

Police conducted raids on 30 to 40 houses and recovered property documents worth Rs 400 crore from the traders in Krishna district. Police found out during the investigation that at least 300 women were exploited among the 10,000 victims.
