Youth Congress workers should work like soldiers to make Rahul Gandhi Prime Minister in 2019, AP Youth Congress president Devineni Avinash has said. He attended the East Godavari district Youth Congress workers’ meeting held here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Avinash criticised that the TDP, which came to power with the support of youth and students had ignored the promises including jobs for all and unemployment relief. He faulted both the Centre and the State government for not fulfilling any promise made before the elections even after 18 months. He alleged that the BJP was trying to control the food habits of the people in the country. He said that the BJP was harassing Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s family intentionally.
