NRCMP funds sought for Narasapuram constituency

Narsapuram MLA B Madhava Naidu submitting proposals for the sanction of funds under NCRMP to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at Hyderabad on Tuesday.
MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu has requested Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to sanction Rs 45.80 crore for the construction of roads and cyclone shelters in Narasapuram Constituency. He met the Chief Minister at Hyderabad on Tuesday and submitted proposals for the sanction of funds under National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP).He stated that Rs 29.70 crore is required for roads construction in the constituency. He pointed out that due to heavy rains that lashed the constituency recently, roads were damaged. He also requested the Chief Minister to sanction Rs 16.10 crore for the construction of cyclone shelters in the constituency, as the constituency is situated in the coastal area. The MLA stated that the Chief Minister has responded favourably on the sanction of funds. He also emphasised that Narasapuram constituency would be developed as a tourist hub.
