Louis Braille remembered

Rich tributes were paid to Louis Braille on his 207th birth anniversary in Vizianagaram. District Collector MM Nayak took part in a programme at Blind School here and recalled the services of Braille to the blind. He garlanded the statue of Braille and advised the visually challenged not to fear about their lives, but work hard to reach higher goals like normal children.
