He was participating as chief guest at the silver jubilee celebrations of post-graduation courses of Sri YN College at Narsapur in West Godavari district on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, the Home Minster said youth should utilise the modern technology for the good causes and for the all-round development of the country.

He said that at present, the technology was being misused to commit white collar crimes. It was not good for the individual and society, he said. He assured that the bridge across Vaisistha Godavari will be constructed to link the East Godavari and West Godavari districts at any cost. He also promised tourism development in Narsapur coast to provide employment to the youth.

He said the government was providing free education from LKG to PG in the state. He said development was possible only with the education. Earlier, the Home Minister laid foundation stones to Professional Skills Training Centre and PG Silver Jubilee Building. Endowments Minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao inaugurated the MBA Conference Hall in the college.

Government Whip in Legislative Council Angara Ramamohan released the PG Silver Jubilee Hand Book. MPs Thota Sitaramalakshmi, Gokaraju Gangaraju, Narsapur MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu, Palacole MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu, MLC Meka Seshu Babu, former MLAs Kothapalli Subbarayudu, Mudunuri Prasada Raju, Municipal Chairperson P Ratnamala, college correspondent Dr Chinamilli Satyanarayana Rao, principal KVCS Apparao, PG director N Chintarao, DSP Amaranatha Naidu and others participated. The college management felicitated the Home Minister on the occasion.
