​ Hyderabad: The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (Hudco) will provide Rs 7,500 crore loan for development of infrastructure at Amavarati, the upcoming Greenfield capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Announcing this at the CII Partnership Summit here, Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu said the Centre would extend all possible help for the development of Andhra Pradesh.

While describing the AP as an ideal destination for investment as it was endowed with abundant mineral resources and offered excellent transport network, Venkaiah Naidu urged industrialists from India and abroad to invest in the State.

He exuded confidence that Andhra Pradesh would emerge as a leading State in India. "Brand Hyderabad may have gone to Telangana but brand Chandrababu Naidu is with Andhra Pradesh to develop it as sunrise Andhra Pradesh," he said.
