Chandrababu clarifies on YSRCP allegations of caste politics
While the YSR Congress alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had insulted the Dalits with his comments on the SC community and demanded his resignation, the latter said that his comment had been distorted.

YSRC MLA from Railway Kodur K Srinivasulu responded on the comments made by Chandrababu where he said that no one would wish to be born in the SC community and said that all the Dalit leaders in TDP party should be ashamed. He further demanded a case of SC-ST Atrocities Prevention Act against Chandrababu and also an apology for the comments.
The Chief Minister's comments caused an uproar as his effigy was burnt in Palcol of West Godavari district by YSRC SC cell activists on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chandrababu clarified that his comments are being politicized and he had said that no one wanted to be poor and the SCs were the most backward community.
