BJP neglecting Dalits
He criticised that the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had failed to keep up his election promises and reminded that the latter assured to waive crop loans. Now, he was cheating the innocent farmers.
Amaravati: Former state Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Tuesday criticised that the BJP government at the Centre was neglecting the Dalits. He addressed Congress party SC, ST Cell meet in Tenali town.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that despite having 46 Dalit MPs, the party did not give Cabinet berth to any one. Speaking on this occasion, he alleged that the BJP government was dancing to the tunes of the corporate companies and neglecting problems of poor people. He said that attacks on Dalits were on rise after BJP government came to power and added that attacks also increased on Dalit students in the universities.
