Banaganapalli (Kurnool): The 169th death anniversary of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, a great revolutionary, who fought against the British rule prior to India’s First War of Independence, will be organised at Mir Fazil Ali Khan Bahaddur Bhavan here on Monday.
Speaking after releasing pamphlets of the death anniversary programme on Friday, MLA B C Janardhan Reddy described the life history of the great revolutionary as a source of inspiration for the young generation to develop the spirit of patriotism. Rayalaseema Mining Union president S Basha, District Minorities Association president S MD Rafi and Muslim leaders were present on the occasion.
