CEC teams excel in sports
The Kho Kho team of the CEC stood as runners up in the Kho Kho final match in the intercollegiate tournament. The team lost to Narasaraopet Engineering College in the thrilling match by two points. U Shankar Babu of the team scored well to help the team reach finals.
Chirala: The Chirala Engineering College (CEC) stood first place in Kabaddi and second in Kho Kho at the JNTU-K Zone-D intercollegiate tournament. The college Kabaddi team won over the team of VRS & YRN College of Chirala, at the final match conducted at Sai Tirumala NVR Engineering College. The team won four times the Zone-D titles consecutively. Vishnu Chaitanya lead the team to victory.
