NBW against Harsha Kumar

Visakhapatnam: The Fourth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on Friday issued a non-bailable warrant against former MP of Amalapuram GV Harsha Kumar, former minister of Congress Party Kondru Murali and former MLA Kumba Ravi Babu in connection with a case of alleged assault on MRPS leader D Krishna Swaroop in Visakhapatnam in October 2004. The court issued after these leaders failed to appear before the court on Friday after being served a notice. The case has been adjoined to March 22.
