AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu responded to the allegations being made over the land purchases in the AP Capital regions and clarified that the transactions made by the TDP Ministers were legitimate.

Address a press conference on Sunday, Chandrababu said that the Opposition particularly YSR Congress is leveling baseless allegations over the irregularities in land pooling for capital city Amaravati. Dismissing the accusations, the Chief Minister questioned whether the farmers of Guntur and Krishna districts would part with their lands if they were forcibly taken for the Capital construction.

Chandrababu thanked the farmers who have come forward for the land pooling as they are heading with strong determination to construct an ultra-modern capital city with world class standards.
