Nellore: Farmers staged a massive protest in front of irrigation office located on the mini bypass road here on Monday. They alleged that the government was unable to stop misuse of water from Somasila reservoir.
As a result, farmers are facing water shortage for second crop. Vehicular traffic between Atmakur bus stand and other areas came to halt for more than an hour with farmers staging a protest.
