Later, the Minister offered prayers to the presiding deity in the sanctum sanctorum. After offering prayers, the Vedic Pundits rendered Vedasirvachanam and TTD Chairman presented Swamyvari Prasadam to the Union Minister. TTD Board members Bhanuprakash Reddy, DP Anantha, OSD Lakshminarayana Yadav and other officials were also present.

AP Director General of Police JV Ramudu accompanied by his wife also offered prayers to the Lord Venkateswara on his visit to Tirumala on Thursday. On his arrival, priests and officials have welcomed the DGP. After darshan of Lord, Krishnamurthy has presented Srivari Prasadam and the Vedic Pundits have blessed him at Ranganayakula Mandapam. Tirupati Urban SP Gopinath Jatti and others were present.
