Arrest warrant issued against Sujana Chowdary

The Mauritius Commercial Bank had filed a complaint stating Sujana and his company had defaulted the company to the tune of Rs 100 crores.
The Nampally court on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against Union Minister Sujana Chowdary for not attending court proceedings in connection with a complaint filed by the Mauritius Commercial Bank.
The Mauritius Commercial Bank had filed a complaint stating Sujana and his company had defaulted the company to the tune of Rs 100 crores.
The court adjourned the case for further hearing on April 26.
