District Collector Kona Sasidhar asked the district officials and the police to make fool-proof arrangements for Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu\'s visit to the district on April 21. The Chief Minister is scheduled to visit Cherlapalle village near Kadiri to review the progress of the ongoing Handri-Neeva irrigation project on April 21. 

Anantapur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar asked the district officials and the police to make fool-proof arrangements for Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu's visit to the district on April 21. The Chief Minister is scheduled to visit Cherlapalle village near Kadiri to review the progress of the ongoing Handri-Neeva irrigation project on April 21.

He would first inspect the progress of the works and thereafter hold a review meeting with the irrigation officials at the project site. The Collector asked the police to fix the right place for the safe landing of the helicopter as part of security measures. He asked police and irrigation and roads and buildings officials to make hassle-free arrangements.

The District Medical and Health Officer Dr Venkataramana was instructed to make first aid arrangements at the project site and the information department to make arrangements for a good public address system. The Collector asked the irrigation officials and engineers to constantly monitor the works and expedite the works prior to the Chief Minister's visit.

Superintendent of Police Rajasekhar Babu, RDO Rajasekhar, Handri Neeva superintending engineer Sudhakar Babu and roads and buildings superintending engineer Subrahmanyam were present at the review meet.
