Apart from permitting the e-auction of the second parcel of land, the bench directed the company to deposit a further sum of Rs 25 lakh for the expenses that would be incurred for the e-auction of the second parcel of lands.
The bench adjourned to the second week of June the case along with a petition filed by its directors seeking to club the various individual complaints filed in different police stations.
