Boy killed in road mishap

Pattikonda (Kurnool): A seven-year-old boy was killed in an accident occurred at Pandikona crossroads near here on Wednesday. Hailing
from Venkatapuram of Aija mandal in Mahabubnagar district, Ishank (7), had come to Kurnool on summer vacation.

He boarded a van to go Kasapuram. The ill-fated van rammed into a tree at Pandikona crossroads. Ishank died on the spot and others
who were travelling in the van sustained injuries. They were ferried to Pattikonda government hospital and later shifted to Kurnool
government hospital. A case has been registered.
