Make success of Mahanadu, cadre told

Chittoor: TDP city MLA DK Satyaprabha gave a call to party cadre to take active role in making Mahanadu, a grand success. The TDP is organising Mahanadu at Tirupati for 3 days beginning from May 27. Satyaprabha mentioned that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu wants to make Mahanadu at Tirupati a memorable one.

Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Satyaprabha said that Minister Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy, Chittoor MP Dr N Sivaprasad, TDP MLAs and MLCs, and party leaders were extensively involved in making arrangements for Mahanadu. The MLA said that the Srinivasa Trust will run four buses from Chittoor to Tirupati for the convenience of TDP leaders to take part in the inaugural day of Mahanadu. She advised vehicle-owned party leaders to give lift to fellow party workers for attending the ensuing Mahanadu.

Satyaprabha suggested to in-charge Mayor Subramanyam to take the responsibility of driving the TDP corporators to Mahanadu venue for three days. She made it clear that no official was instructed to extend support to party’s mega event. It may be mentioned here that the YSRCP State leader MD Rao has levelled allegations against the Chief Minister and the district leaders for misusing the official machinery for party event like Mahanadu.

ZP Chairperson Girvani Chandra Prakash has exuded confidence that all the TDP functionaries in the district will attend the Mahanadu. She said that special committees were constituted to look after the arrangements of Mahanadu. She exhorted all ZPTCs, MPTCs and mandal presidents of TDP to take part in the event and prove their loyalty and commitment towards party. The TDP leaders Badari Narayana, Chandra Prakash, Suresh and others were present.
