Speaking to reporters here, Harsha Kumar recalled that the TDP had assured Rajya Sabha seat for the Dalit leader Pushpa Raj and later tilted towards Sujana Chowdary who is facing charges of cheating banks and selected TG Venkatesh in ‘auction’.
