Trainee teacher dies while undergoing training

It may be noted that as per the instructions of the government, all the DSC-2014 candidates were undergoing training from May 3 till the
reopening of schools at various places. Lalitha had secured the teacher job by obtaining a rank in the DSC while working as a village
secretary. She had resigned to the village secretary post and took the appointment order on May 1 before undergoing the training here.

She had been provided accomodation, along with other teachers, on the school premises. It is learnt that she suddenly collpased in a
room and died on the spot before shifting to a hospital. The reason behind her death is yet to be ascertained.

Meanwhile, district secretary of Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) V V Srinivasa Rao and city secretary V Krishna Rao visited
the school and enquired about her death on Saturday.

The leaders demanded the government to support the family of Lalitha as she hailed from a poor family.
