Students belonging to Sudan, Nigeria, Congo, Uganda, Ghana, Angola, Ivory Coast, Somalia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Tango, who are pursuing engineering, polytechnic and pharmacy courses, along with students of the country took part in the celebrations. 

Kakinada: In all, 216 students belonging to several African countries celebrated the fifth Independence Day of South Sudan by singing the national anthem of the country and presenting various cultural programmes native to Africa at Aditya Engineering College campus in Suraram near here on Saturday.

Students belonging to Sudan, Nigeria, Congo, Uganda, Ghana, Angola, Ivory Coast, Somalia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Tango, who are pursuing engineering, polytechnic and pharmacy courses, along with students of the country took part in the celebrations.

Rajamahendravaram Additional SP Gangadhar appreciated that the Aditya Group of Institutions for spreading the global cultural unity.

Aditya Educational Institutions Group chairman N Seshareddy said due the advancements in the technology the world became a global village. vice-chairman N Satish Reddy, directors Prof M Srinivasa Reddy and others took part in the celebrations.
