Home guards told to perform well

Kurnool: SP Ake Ravi Krishna appealed to home guards to perform duties with responsibility and fetch a good name for the Police department. The SP handed over the order copy to one Mohammed Rafi who is appointed as the home guard on Wednesday.
He said Mohammed Rafi was appointed on compassionate grounds as his father Shaik Abdul Salam had died in the line of duty. After handing over the order copy to Mohammed Rafi, the SP said that Mohammed Rafi would be sent to training for a period of two months.
The appointed home guard Mohammed Rafi and other home guard staff thanked the SP. Home Guards Reserve sub-inspector Ranganath Babu, Home Guard unit in-charge Subbanna, Nageshwar Reddy and other staff participated in the programme.
