Kho Kho team ends 25 year drought

Andhra Pradesh sub-junior boys Kho Kho team won the silver medal at the 28th National Sub-junior championship held at Nashik in Maharashtra from May 24 to 28. After a 25- year gap the boy’s team won the national level medal. Andhra Pradesh boys’ team lost to Maharashtra by 6-10 points and stood in second position.

In this connection Minister for Youth Services and Sports Kollu Ravindra, Special Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam, SAAP VC&MD N Bangaru Raju and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) P Rama Krishna congratulated the boys’ team for winning silver medal.
