Many prestigious projects taken up by TDP
Deputy Chief Minister N Chinarajappa has said that though the state government is facing tough times after the bifurcation, it is continuing the large number of welfare programmes and taken up big number of development programmes. The government has giving top priority to the irrigation projects across the state, he added.

While addressing at Nava Nirmana Deeksha programme organised in the Visakhapatnam South constituency, Chinarajappa said that Polavaram project, Amaravati capital construction, Purushothapatnam Lift Irrigation etc., are prestigious projects taken up by TDP government only.
Talking about the developmental activities in the rural areas, the deputy chief minister claimed that Andhra Pradesh government only utilising MGNREGS funds maximum extent to create basic infrastructure in the villages.
