Minister for IT, panchayat raj and rural development Nara Lokesh reiterated government’s commitment to make all villages as smart villages. Speaking to media ahead of review meeting with officials of panchayat raj departments at Mahati Auditorium, here on Thursday, he said all the villages should have the amenities, which urban areas have.

“The government is committed to make every rural household to earn Rs 10,000 per month and steps are being taken to fulfil this task,” he asserted.During the course of meeting, he review which mandal was lagging behind in implementing the schemes, which mandal is going ahead etc. The minister said that their goal was to fulfil the dreams of the Chief Minister and achieve all the targets fixed for the department.
