4-lane expressway opens in Sri City
Satyavedu Circle Inspector Narasimhulu dedicated the central expressway in Sri City for public usage on Thursday, in the presence of Sri City Managing Director Ravindra Sannareddy.

The four-lane 9-km long expressway connects NH-16 intersection and the Customs Point. The CI said that it is mandatory to use seat belts while driving a car, and wear helmets while riding a two-wheeler.
He made an appeal to the public to be attentive while driving. Speaking on the occasion, Ravindra Sannareddy felt that the road divider would facilitate free flow of traffic on either side, enhancing road safety. He requested the commuters to strictly follow traffic rules to avoid accidents.
“Let’s all join together to make Sri City a ‘zero accident’ city,” he added. President (Operations) Satish Kamat, General Manager Shaikh Altaf and other senior officials of Sri City were present.
