Nellore bags trophy
In the Team Event of Andhra Pradesh Electricity Corporation Inter-Circle Carroms Tournament, Nellore operation circle bagged the first place, Tirupati operation circle secured second place and Guntur operation circle attained third position.
Visakhapatnam: In the Team Event of Andhra Pradesh Electricity Corporation Inter-Circle Carroms Tournament, Nellore operation circle bagged the first place, Tirupati operation circle secured second place and Guntur operation circle attained third position.
In open singles, M Govindan, Nellore operation circle won the first place, V Vijaya Kumar, operation circle and K Naga Raju, Tirupati operation circle won the second and third places respectively.
A three-day Andhra Pradesh Electricity Corporation Inter-Circle Carrom Tournament 2017-18 concluded here on Friday. Chairman and Managing Director of APEPDCL HY Dora presented the trophies to the winners.
Speaking on the occasion, the CMD said that tournaments develop and encourage the spirit of healthy competition and oneness and it would help the organisation to develop marginally. Dora congratulated the Sports Council for organising the tournament.
