Identify expert artiste troupes from all over the nation: EO Anil Kumar Singhal
While appreciating the unique art forms exhibited by some artiste troupes hailing from Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka during the recent Tiruchanur Brahmotsavams, TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal, instructed the officials concerned to identify such expert artiste teams from other parts of the country also for the Tirumala Brahmotsavams next year.
Tirupati: While appreciating the unique art forms exhibited by some artiste troupes hailing from Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka during the recent Tiruchanur Brahmotsavams, TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal, instructed the officials concerned to identify such expert artiste teams from other parts of the country also for the Tirumala Brahmotsavams next year.
The review meeting with HoDs on various developmental activities was held in the conference hall of TTD Administrative Building here on Monday by TTD EO along with JEOs KS Srinivasa Raju, P Bhaskar and CVSO A Ravikrishna. The EO directed the HDPP wing to write letters to the Chief Secretaries of the states in the country seeking them to send their cultural troupes which are significant in their respective states.
He also instructed the Accounts department officials to negotiate with the officials concerned to facilitate the Indian Domestic card schemes like RuPay, Bheem card and net banking under payment gate way mode in the interests of the pilgrims. The EO said, the new number of FMS call centre 1800 425 111 111 should be printed on all the accommodation receipts including online reservation, so that the pilgrims will have information about the new call centre.
The officials should identify the majority complaints and should resolve them in a speedy way, he added. TTD EO also complimented the PA system given to all the art troupes during the recent Padmavathi Ammavaru annual fete and instructed the engineering officials to make a trial-run of PA system in the next Pournami Garuda Seva in Tirumala to find out audio frequency levels in galleries.
The EO directed the Electrical wing to come out with an action plan of the lighting for Tirumala temple and Four mada streets. EO expressed his satisfaction on management of queue line inside Tirumala temple and informed the concerned to find out much better ways for the comfortable darshan of pilgrims.
He said, the master data on TTD properties should be prepared phase-1 by December, phase-2 data by March next in a full-fledged manner. The EO also directed Sapthagiri Chief Editor Dr Radha Ramana to ensure that there will be no delay in dispatching Sapthagiri magazine to the subscribers on time.
