Proddatur (Kadapa): Sai Rajeswari Institute of Technology (SRIT) on Thursday conducted a workshop on financial planning for young investors with the help of the resource person Prof B Raghava Reddy of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The resource person said that financial planning is necessary for reaching the targets. He enlightened the students on life insurance, health insurance, stock market and mutual funds and other small savings.
College principal Dr R Veera Sudarsan Reddy, college correspondent Basireddy Veera Kalyan Reddy, administrative officer Jagadishwar Reddy and heads of various departments took part in the workshop.
