Collector reviews arrangements
District Collector Veera Pandian has visited Lepakshi temple and reviewed the development works under progress including laying of roads, temple beautification and development of greenery for the scheduled Lepakshi Festival on March 31 and April 1st, at the review meeting in the temple town on Friday.
Lepakshi (Anantapur): District Collector Veera Pandian has visited Lepakshi temple and reviewed the development works under progress including laying of roads, temple beautification and development of greenery for the scheduled Lepakshi Festival on March 31 and April 1st, at the review meeting in the temple town on Friday.
He also inspected works on progress relating to construction of Craft Bazaar building and Information and Public Relations office and instructed them to complete all construction works by March 15. He also inspected the helipad construction works and the venue of the public meeting to be addressed by the Chief Minister.
Pandian asked the officials to make hassle-free arrangements for the visitors and tourists, who would be participating in the 'Lepakshi Festival'. The Collector revealed that special teams have been constituted to oversee the arrangements. Revenue Divisional Officer Rama Murthy was also present.
