Vijayawada: Anupam Srivastav, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), New Delhi, is going to interact with BSNL customers throughout Andhra Pradesh through a live chat on twitter from 3 pm to 4 pm on Tuesday to facilitate solving the servicerelated issues received through tweets, complaints and queries, according to a communiqué from A Poornachandra Rao, Chief General Manager Telecom (CGMT), AP Telecom circle.
He requested the customers, in a statement here on Monday, to use the opportunity to talk to CMD of BSNL through twitter by raising their queries with ‘#TalkToBSNLCMD’ / @CMDBSNL.
