Rajamahendravaram: Collector Karthikeya Misra has said that as many as 95 Chandranna Village Malls will come up in the district to cater the needs of the people.
Inaugurating Chandranna Village Mall along with Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai and MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Choudary in 19th division here on Thursday, he said about 350 varieties of commodities will be sold in the mall.
All the commodities are available for ordinary prices. Rural MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Choudary said Chandranna Village Malls benefit a lot to the people and the people need not run here and there for commodities.
MLC Adireddy Appa Rao, Joint Collector A Mallikarjuna, Corporation Commissioner Sumit Kumar, Sub-Collector CM Saikanth Varma, SAAP director YVG Raidu, Deputy mayor VR Babu, corporator G Madhavi Latha, assistant social welfare officer, tashildar TR Rao and others were present.
