Tirupati: The Hans India photographer at Tirupati Kalakata Radhakrishna won the World Photography Day Twitter contest organised by Chittoor district collector P S Pradyumna.
His photo of Royal Bengal Tiger Cub taken at SV Zoological Park made him the winner of the contest. District collector congratulated the photographer on this occasion.
