Srikakulam: A physically challenged person Neyyila Pratap of Buragam village in Kanchili mandal of Srikakulam district started cycle yatra on his tri-cycle demanding Special Category Status (SCS) to AP and separate railway zone headquartered at Visakhapatnam.
He started his yatra at Itchapuram on August 12 and reached Srikakulam on Monday. Pratap wants to continue his yatra to Amaravati. Speaking on the occasion, he said that Congress and BJP governments were cheating the people by dividing the state unscientifically and denying SCS and railway zone.
