Vignan Education Institutions chairman Dr Lavu Rathaiah said that Vajpayee worked hard for the development of the country. BJP state president Kanna Lakshminaryana said that though he became prime minister three times, he maintained low profile. He got name and fame through his writings, Kanna added.
