Guntur: Students of various education institutions performed at Anandalahari programme held at NTR Municipal Corporation Stadium here on Sunday.
They danced to film songs and music. They also performed classical dance.
Speaking on this occasion, the GMC deputy commissioner, D Srinivasa Rao said that the aim of the government was to provide recreation to the people who were overburdened with work of the a week.
He said that the GMC was conducting the programme following instructions of the government for recreation and felt this type of programme would relieve people from stress.
He urged the people to participate in the Anandlahari programme and make it a grand success.
