Amaravati: Cibar Dental College on Thursday signed an MoU with GVK-EMRI as part of efforts to usher in new practices and a training programme on basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.
According to principal Dr L Krishna Prasad, the non-teaching staff has been trained in providing basic and advanced life support system.
Director of GVK-EMRI Dr B V Ramana Rao, who was the chief guest, complimented the college management for introducing the life support training programme.
He praised the training on the lines of one given by the American Heart Association.
Doctors Vimal and Subashini and Nawab Rasool were the course instructors.
