Vijayawada: The Air Pistol and Air Rifle shooting (Men and Women) teams selection trials of Dr NTR University of Health Sciences would be conducted at Siddhartha Medical College here on October 4, according to Dr E Thrimurthy, secretary of Sports Board on Monday.
The All India Inter University Air Pistol and Air Rifle Shooting (Men and Women) Championship is scheduled to be held at Panjab University, Chandigarh from October 31 to November 5. The participants from all the Medical Colleges, Dental Colleges, Ayurvedic Colleges, Homeopathic Colleges, Unani Colleges, Physiotherapy Colleges, B Sc (Nursing) and B Sc (M L T) Colleges which are affiliated to Dr NTR UHS in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are directed to report to the Physical Director, Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada at 10 am on October 4.
