Vijayawada: APSRTC Chairman Varala Ramayya conducted a surprise check of Avanigadda to Vijayawada express bus service with bus number AP 16Z 0531 on the Karakatta road on Wednesday afternoon.
The bus was carrying 48 passengers at the time of checking.
The chairman interacted with the passengers and asked about the behaviour of the bus driver and the conductor with them.
He also inquired if the buses were running on time and said that the passengers were the owners of the bus.
He enquired about the comfort of bus journey and the road condition with passengers.
The passengers responded positively and said that they were comfortable with the service provided by the APSRTC.
