Maxilla Facial Surgeons 5K Run on December 2
Maxilla Facial Surgeons 5K Run would be organised starting from Siddhartha College at Moghalrajapuram here at 6 am on December 2 The 5K run will be organised by the Association of Oral and Maxilla Facial Surgeons of India The 5K Run would proceed through Amma Kalyana mandapam, Ramesh Hospital, Loyola College up to Government Dental Hospital
Vijayawada: ‘Maxilla Facial Surgeons 5K Run’ would be organised starting from Siddhartha College at Moghalrajapuram here at 6 am on December 2. The 5K run will be organised by the Association of Oral and Maxilla Facial Surgeons of India. The 5K Run would proceed through Amma Kalyana mandapam, Ramesh Hospital, Loyola College up to Government Dental Hospital.
The 5K run will be organised to mark the commencement of golden jubilee year of the Oral and Maxilla Facial Surgeons of India Association, said former national vice-president of the association, Dr Mahaboob Shaik. He said that about 300 Maxilla Facial Surgeons and post graduate students would participate in the 5K Run.
The main aim of organising 5K run was to create awareness to the denizens on preventing Road Accidents by wearing seat belts and helmets while driving besides creating awareness on oral cancer to people who consume Gutka and Panparag. The coordinators of the 5K run are Dr L Kishna Prasad, Dr Srinivas Prasad, Dr PL Vasundhara, Dr N Koteswara Rao and Dr G Surekha.
