Vijayawada: Students should be taught the academic subjects in digital classrooms with scientific approach blended with updated technology for easy grasping, said Krishna District Collector B Lakshmikantham.

The Collector inaugurated digital classrooms sponsored by NRIs in municipal aided school at Patamata centre here on Tuesday.

He said digital classrooms were arranged in about 260 government schools.

The government schools in Krishna district would function on par with corporate schools or even more better than them. AP awarded special position on public satisfactory levels in India recently by the UNO.

Complete infrastructure facilities like classrooms, furniture, play area, washrooms etc would be provided in almost all government schools in Krishna district, he added.

He interacted with students and advised them to work consistently to reach their goals.
